Guy Benoit-Fournel obtained a bachelor’s law degree (LL.B.) from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) in 2012 before successfully completing the Quebec Bar examinations in 2015.
Mr. Benoit-Fournel has acquired experience in the area of information technology and as a result has developed a sense of the legal difficulties and challenges facing self-employed workers and small businesses. During the course of his bachelor’s degree, he was a volunteer at the Legal Information Clinic at UQAM and had the opportunity to assist people in a variety of areas of law including: civil liability, family law, copyright law, municipal law and environmental law. Guy has also worked as a teacher’s assistant during his law studies.
