Administrative

The Canadian Federal and Provincial government are constituted mostly of administrative agencies, including provincial organisations like the Société de l’assurance d’automobile, the Commission des relations de travail and Federal administrative bodies like Citizenship and Immigration Canada, which make important decisions affecting the lives of many Canadians.

Administrative decision-making tribunals or organisations are not courts of justice. The principles of natural and fundamental justice (e.g. right to have a fair trial, right to be heard) are disregarded by decision makers in many instances.

When there is a negative decision rendered on your immigration application, or any type of permit application, where your right to procedural fairness has not been respected by the respective administrative body, the team at Schwalb will take all possible measures to challenge the negative decision by way of appeal or judicial review.
