David earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with Distinction, from Concordia University, followed by a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Université Laval.
Earlier in his legal career, he built a substantive practice in Canadian and Québec immigration law, representing professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs while working extensively with provincial and federal authorities, regulatory agencies, and immigration bodies. Alongside this, he advised clients on business, corporate, and commercial real estate matters connected to investment, expansion, and establishing operations in Canada.

Samantha assists with client communications, file management, document preparation, scheduling, and administrative support across a variety of legal matters. She works closely with clients throughout the progression of their files, helping to ensure that documentation, correspondence, and procedural requirements are handled efficiently and professionally. Prior to joining Schwalb Legal, Samantha gained experience in both legal and corporate environments, including work in tax law and employee benefits administration. She also brings extensive customer service experience through her role with Aeroplan (Air Canada). Samantha completed her Paralegal Studies at O'Sullivan College in Montreal and is also a licensed Residential Real Estate Broker in Quebec. Known for her attention to detail, organizational skills, and client-focused approach, Samantha is committed to providing professional and responsive support to both clients and colleagues.

Legal AssistantSarah Schwalb is a Legal Assistant at Schwalb Legal and is currently pursuing her law degree at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE). Sarah assists with client communications, file management, legal research, document preparation, and administrative support across a variety of legal matters. Through her work with the firm, she has developed strong organizational, communication, and client service skills. Sarah previously completed an internship with the Constitutional Court of Romania, where she gained valuable experience in legal research and judicial processes. In addition to her legal studies, Sarah has developed a strong interest in marketing, business development, real estate, and client relations. She is committed to continuous learning and to providing professional and responsive support to clients and colleagues
